How much does LinkJolt cost?
LinkJolt offers three plans: Starter at $19.99/month (up to $5K/month affiliate earnings), Professional at $39.99/month (up to $25K/month), and Ultimate at $99/month (up to $50K/month). Billing every 3 months saves 10%, and annual billing saves 30%. All plans include 0% transaction fees.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, LinkJolt offers a 7-day free trial on all plans. You can explore all features before committing.
Are there any transaction fees?
No. LinkJolt charges 0% transaction fees on all plans. You only pay your monthly subscription fee. Stripe processing fees apply to payouts at cost: 2.9% + 30¢ for a payout charged to a card. A payout funded from a US bank account costs 0.8% + 1.5% of each bank debit, with the 0.8% part capped at about $6.74.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What happens when I reach my plan's earnings limit?
When you approach your plan's monthly affiliate earnings limit, we'll notify you to upgrade. You won't be charged extra fees - you simply need to upgrade to continue tracking new conversions above the limit.
Do affiliates need to pay to use LinkJolt?
No! Affiliates join and use LinkJolt completely free. Only merchants (businesses running affiliate programs) need a subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What are branded affiliate signup pages?
Professional and above include a branded address for affiliate signups, yourcompany.linkjolt.io, which gives your program a more professional look and builds trust with potential affiliates. Ultimate and Scale can run it on your own domain instead, such as partners.yourcompany.com. Starter uses standard signup links.
Can I run my affiliate program on my own domain?
Yes, on Ultimate and Scale. Connect a subdomain you own, such as partners.yourcompany.com, and your partner sign-up page, affiliate portal and tracking links run on it instead of a linkjolt.io address, with partners signing in there by a code sent to their email. Setup is one CNAME record at your DNS provider, the security certificate is issued automatically, and links you shared before connecting keep working.
Can I run more than one brand on a single account?
Yes, on Professional and Ultimate. One LinkJolt account can run multiple brands, and each brand is a fully separate affiliate program with its own tracking links, affiliates, coupons, payouts, and branded signup pages. The first brand is included in your plan; each additional brand is $30/month on Professional or $55/month on Ultimate (billed every 3 months it is $90 and $165 per brand; annual billing is $360 and $660 per brand per year), added as a line item on your existing subscription. Starter is single-brand.
How do limits and billing work with multiple brands?
Each brand inherits your plan tier and gets its own monthly tracked-sales limit at that tier, so an Ultimate account with two brands has a separate $50,000 cap for each brand. You pay one consolidated bill (your base plan plus a per-brand add-on for each extra brand), switch between brands from the menu by your logo, and can remove a brand anytime to stop its billing from the next period. Removing a brand archives it, so no data is lost.
Does LinkJolt support iOS / Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions?
Yes. LinkJolt tracks Apple App Store subscription conversions via App Store Server Notifications v2: no SDK, no MMP required. Attribution happens through Apple Subscription Offer Codes: generate codes in App Store Connect, upload them to LinkJolt, assign to affiliates. Renewals link automatically via originalTransactionId, refunds and family-share revocations flip conversions to rejected. Available on all plans.
